Heart Felt

I kept hearing in my head, on repeat, the following two sayings: “Two sides of the same coin.” and “Same, same, but different.” In the Urban Dictionary, “Same, same but different” comes from people hocking items in a market place, or on the street. The example given online is: A potential buyer asks “Is that a Rolex?” The seller would reply “Same, same, but different.” I dropped into meditation with the intention of simply allowing. After a visit from my dad, I was gone. Just gone. No other words come to mind. At some point I noticed something huge moving past me. It was so large I could not see what it was. As it glided by, all I could see were gradations of grey, from dark to not quite white. Some areas were lighter than others. No specific pattern, but a more linear quality to what I saw. All at once, I realized it was a whale. I then shifted senses from seeing to feeling. I felt the massive energetic heart oneness of the whale and myself. The energy was not between us, there was no border, it was not overlapping. Rather our energies were shared, together. We were one, but still ourselves. “Two sides of the same coin.” “Same, same, but different.” After feeling oneness with the whale, I was taken into a tree and had the same experience. Then I realized I could purpose to have this experience anytime. I chose to be one with a cloud. And then it hit me! I have had this urge to be one with the ranch. To lay on the ground, cover myself with earth and leaves and meld into the ranch. I then merged my energy with the ranch. It was wonderful. I realized this oneness is something all energetic entities, aka everything, seeks. We all want to reach with our heart energy and meld. This is why animals feel so good! Why we find them easier to love than our “neighbor” who the Bible needed to remind us to love. They are open hearted. We humans are little more complicated, but not by much!
